Scan links with VirusTotal directly from Firefox’s right-click menu.

VirusTotal Link Scanner makes it easy to check a link before opening it. Just right-click any link in Firefox, choose “Scan Link with VirusTotal,” and view the result in the extension popup.

Before using the extension, you must add your own VirusTotal API key in the extension settings. The API key is stored locally in Firefox extension storage and is only sent to VirusTotal when a scan is performed.

The extension only sends link URLs to VirusTotal after an explicit user action. No analytics, tracking, or third-party services are used.
